Global CNC is a Quality Precision Machining Job Shop serving the NAFTA Region performing all Type of Custom Precision Machining.  We are an ISO Certified Company offering CNC Milling, Turning & Grinding Services to create precision machined parts. Technology: We use the most modern machining technologies coupled with a highly skilled work force to produce the most complicated parts. 

1)    We utilize two Software Programs on the Shop Floor to optimize product quality, productivity for on-time delivery and superior    machining results. 

a)    Cad Program for CNC Mill/Turn Machines &

b)    Job Tracking/ Productivity Software.  All Jobs are 100% Traceable and Inspected throughout the manufacturing process according to ISO requirements.

2)    Engineering Department uses CAD Software to design Parts and Blue Prints.

3)    ISO 9001/2000 Certified Documents; All orders processed with a "Traveler" that details the machining process as well as signature approved Inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

4)    State of the art CNC Mill / Turn Machines. Ultra Precise.

5)    All machining performed in house.  Full CNC Lathe Department; CNC Mill Department & Grinding Department.

6)    Grinding: OD, ID, Surface & Jig.

7)    Finished Parts marked with Laser Marking Machine.

8)    Inspection Reports completed on all Jobs.

1)    CNC Programming & Machining: 3 Mazak Mill/Turn Centers; 7 CNC Lathes, 8 Vertical Machining Centers.

2)    Grinding:  11 Machines performing: OD Grind, ID Grind, Jig Grind, Surface Grind & Honing.

3)    Manual Machines: 4 Bridgeport Milling Machines & Manual Lathe.

4)    Laser Marking Machine & Columbia Stamping Machine.

5)    Saw / Material Department: 5 Ton Overhead Crane & 2 Automatic Saws.
